Not always. Some products are iPhone-only. Others benefit from iPad layouts. We decide that from the workflow, not from a default assumption.
Can you help with App Store accounts?
We can guide setup and submission. The Apple Developer account and publisher identity should remain under your control unless a written arrangement says otherwise.
What if we also need Android later?
We can plan iOS first, or discuss a Flutter / cross-platform path if both platforms are needed in a similar timeframe.
